Build a brand you can live

Building and supporting brands that improve our health-spans by counseling minds, building resilient bodies, and discipling souls.

The Brands for Abundant Life Manifesto

Like many, COVID changed everything for me. Suddenly, I couldn’t ignore the alarming way comorbidities were amplifying the risk of chronic illnesses, disease, and even the virus itself. But this awakening wasn’t new—it was the summit of a journey that began long ago.

At 17, I weighed 400lbs, suffered from chronic foot pain, had a strained relationship with my body, and believed "healthy eating" was code for bland veggies. Worse still, my relationship with God felt distant, taxed by the struggles of life.

That all began to change when a surgeon told me something that planted the seed of my transformation: losing weight could drastically improve the outcome of a surgery I was considering to alleviate my foot pain. That moment was my call to action, the start of a winding journey to reclaim my mental, physical, and spiritual health.

Years later, during the pandemic, that journey came full circle. I realized that our growing mental, physical, and spiritual suffering was deeply tied to our fractured relationships—with God, with each other, and with the bodies and food sources He entrusted to us. I knew I had to take action.

That’s why I founded Bryan Butler Studio—to build and support brands that guide people toward more abundant lives. I support those who counsel minds, fortify bodies, and disciple souls, helping restore the connection between health, faith, and well-being. This isn’t just a business to me—it's a mission to give more people the opportunity and tools to live abundantly.

Join me on this journey, and let’s build something that truly matters.

Our Health

  • An estimated 129 million people in the US have at least 1 major chronic disease.

  • Five of the top 10 leading causes of death in the US are, or are strongly associated with, preventable and treatable chronic diseases.

  • Over the past 2 decades prevalence has increased steadily, and this trend is expected to continue.

  • An increasing proportion of people in America are dealing with multiple chronic conditions; 42% have 2 or more, and 12% have at least 5.

  • About 90% of the annual $4.1 trillion health care expenditure is attributed to managing and treating chronic diseases and mental health conditions.

  • Religious affiliation, church attendance, and belief in God are all declining in the U.S.

  • Gallup, NIH, and Standford studies generally report a positive association between religiosity and spirituality (R/S) and aspects of mental health (MH).
